“Nadra” WhatsApp platform to help stop the spread of false information and build trust
The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) launched a WhatsApp channel on Thursday to provide people with better services and make things easier for them. The channel will now provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Nadra says that the goal of the new project is to show a more modern way of giving citizens accurate information.

“Real-time messaging capabilities enable NADRA to swiftly communicate changes and instructions to citizens,” the agency said.
One of the reasons Nadra set up the WhatsApp route was to help stop the spread of false information and build trust between the people and the government.
“The rapidly increasing number of subscribers to the NADRA WhatsApp channel suggests a positive response from citizens,” the source said.
According to Nadra, the effort not only makes it easier to share information, but it also builds trust and openness.
